Job description
Identify & develop new business opportunities in the construction, residential and commercial sectors. Generate qualified leads for construction contracts. Primary focus on Joint Venture partnerships with strong industry connections, commercial acumen.
Self-motivated and target driven. Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
- Relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills, with an understanding of construction and real estate industry dynamics.
- Organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with project, finance, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools, with strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel for client meetings as needed, and meet targets within defined timelines.
