Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and effectively communicating with clients. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Identify and generate qualified leads for digital marketing services (Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Video Production, Branding, etc.)
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Understand client business goals and pitch customized digital marketing solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Work closely with internal teams (social media, performance, creative) to align strategies with client expectations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
- Maintain proper follow-ups and manage pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development within a digital marketing agency or similar service-based industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client requirements
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling cold outreach and closing deals
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
