Job Title: Sales Executive ? PPE (Construction Industry) Company: Portcastle International LLP Location: Delhi Experience Required: 3?5 Years About the Company Portcastle International LLP is engaged in the supply and distribution of high-quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) catering to the construction and infrastructure industry. We are committed to delivering reliable safety solutions that ensure compliance and on-site worker protection. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3?5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market. Key Responsibilities ? Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment. ? Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors. ? Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. ? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. ? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ? Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. ? Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups. ? Monitor competitor activities and market trends. ? Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates. Required Skills & Qualifications ? 3?5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials. ? Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers. ? Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability. ? Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. ? Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Preferred Candidate Profile ? Good understanding of Delhi NCR construction market. ? Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. ? Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
