Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales with strong expertise in lead generation. Handling and guiding a small sales team will also be part of this role. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation will be the primary responsibility through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and other B2B channels.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Handle and guide a small sales team, ensuring productivity and achievement of targets.
  • Present and explain compliance-related and consulting services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, B2B sales processes, and client acquisition.
  • Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to compliance, finance, or HR outsourcing domains will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
