Role Description
This full-time on-site position in Gurgaon is for a Business Development Manager. The role involves cultivating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and designing innovative business strategies to support organizational growth. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, preparing proposals, collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, the individual will analyze market trends and formulate strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Market Research and Strategic Planning skills to identify industry trends and new business opportunities
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills to effectively communicate solutions and close deals
- Time Management and Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Significant experience in business development or a client-facing role, preferably in the consulting or financial services sector
