We're Hiring — Business Development Associate | Ritzy Lifestyle
📍 Bengaluru | Offline + Site Visits | 6–12 LPA CTC
At Ritzy Lifestyle, we design and deliver premium interior and lifestyle solutions. We're growing fast — and we're looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Associate to help us take our products to the right clients.
What you'll own:
→ Build and work a lead database from scratch — site visits, trade events, LinkedIn, portals
→ Get meetings with architects, contractors, developers & direct clients
→ Understand project requirements and prepare BOQs and estimates
→ Pitch, negotiate, and close — end to end
→ Report pipeline weekly and hit monthly revenue targets
What we're looking for:
→ 1–3 years in B2B or project sales (interior, construction, or building materials preferred)
→ Comfortable with cold outreach — online and on-ground
→ Strong communication in English and Kannada/Hindi
→ Self-starter who owns their numbers
