Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in large IT consulting organizations. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing accounts across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and revenue generation in IT consulting/services
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries (Banking, Telecom, Retail, etc.)
- Manage and grow key accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to create winning proposals
- Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, contract negotiations, and deal closures
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
