Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai, Surat, Nagpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, generating leads, negotiating contracts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with other teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify new opportunities
- Effective Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Experience with Strategic Planning and Revenue Forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is an advantage
