Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outside Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Interior Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, and closing sales for residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings
- Generate leads from builders, architects, real estate agents, and direct clients
- Conduct site visits and understand client requirements
- Present company services and interior solutions to potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside/field sales in the Interior Industry
- Strong knowledge of residential interior projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must be comfortable with field work in Gurgaon
- Open to work on Saturday & Sunday
- Own vehicle preferred

- Good network with architects, contractors, and real estate professionals
- Ability to close high-value deals
- Presentable and professional personality
