We at ReNewX InfraTech are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for energy projects for industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with presales and engineering teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with industrial clients
- Track pipeline, follow-ups and closures through CRM
- Support contract finalization and project handover
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development / sales
- Background in renewable energy, solar, power, EPC, infrastructure or industrial sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of basic financial concepts with good aptitude skills
- 2/4 wheeler vehicle is must
Location:
- Vadodara/Anand, Gandhinagar/Kadi, Mehsana, Himmatnagar
Compensation
- 4-6LPA Fixed Salary+ Lucrative Incentives+ Travelling Reimbursement
