Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our on-site team in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. This role involves market research, developing business strategies, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by pursuing strategic partnerships and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of renewable energy markets and infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Strategic planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision
