About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing business development team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve revenue and performance goals.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and negotiate with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage business development budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
