Job Responsibilities

 

1. Project Sales & Business Development

Drive project-based sales by identifying and converting opportunities with architects, contractors, PMCs, and builders.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Engage early in project lifecycles to ensure product specification and approval.

 

2. Key Account & Consultant Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and builders.

Actively follow up on specifications, BOQs, approvals, and material finalization.

Position Realply products as preferred solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

 

3. Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of project orders.

Support stakeholders during site visits, sampling, mock-ups, and technical discussions. Track project progress from specification to order closure and dispatch.

 

4. Market & Project Intelligence

Track upcoming and ongoing projects in the assigned territory.

Monitor competitor activity within projects and provide regular market feedback to management. Identify new project opportunities and emerging customer segments.

 

5. Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related stakeholders.

Provide customized solutions based on project requirements and timelines. Strengthen long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

 

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of project pipelines, specifications, conversions, and closures.

Prepare periodic reports on project status, sales performance, and market insights. Update management on critical projects, risks, and opportunities.

 

7. Strategic Contribution

Support senior management in developing and executing project sales strategies.

· Contribute inputs for product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities for the project segment.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the wood panel industry.

· Established network with architects, contractors, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.

· Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
