Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and promoting the company’s portfolio of HR and placement services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their hiring and HR needs, coordinating with internal consulting and recruitment teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts, and contributing ideas to improve service offerings and market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in HR, staffing, or consulting services.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to research markets, identify prospects, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and proposal-writing capabilities.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR, recruitment, and placement processes, with an interest in talent and workforce solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and client-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities as needed.
