Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue and market growth across European markets. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development with company objectives. The Business Development Manager will also represent the company in meetings and at industry events to establish new partnerships and maintain existing ones.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Industrial IoT, automation, and digital infrastructure solutions
- Proficiency in presenting solutions and drafting proposals for industrial or municipal clients
- Ability to analyze competitive markets and drive data-backed solutions
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Understanding of Industry 4.0, smart infrastructure, and AI-driven analytics is preferred
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
