Why This Role MattersThis is not a typical sales job.
You will be the face of Rasta.AI in front of government authorities, driving discussions, building trust, and converting opportunities into real-world impact projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Government Authorities (PWD, Municipal Corporations, State Departments, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end client communication and stakeholder management
- Drive business development, lead generation, and deal closures
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and official documents
- Represent the company in meetings, discussions, and field visits
- Travel across multiple cities and states for execution
🔹 Required Skills- Excellent communication skills (must-have)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Confidence in handling government officials and senior stakeholders
- Good knowledge of presentations (PPT), proposals, and drafting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- High ownership and execution-driven attitude
🔹 Eligibility- MBA / BBA preferred
- Open to candidates from any field
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can apply
💰 Compensation & Incentives- Fixed Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on skills & experience)
