Role description
- Full-time, field-based business development role in Bengaluru.
- Build and maintain a target list of real estate developers from public and online sources.
- Reach decision-makers — promoter-directors and CFOs — and secure meetings with the management.
- Navigate reception and admin departments with professionalism to get to the right people.
- Follow up persistently and systematically across long sales cycles; keep the pipeline and CRM up to date.
- Represent the firm with maturity and discretion — you set-up the meeting; the management takes the advisory conversation forward.
Qualifications
- Business graduate or post-graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA / PGDM or equivalent).
- 0–3 years in B2B field sales, business development or relationship management — real estate or BFSI background preferred.
- Proven track record of securing meetings with senior decision-makers (promoter / director / CFO level).
- Fluent in English, Kannada and Telugu (spoken).
- Strong Bengaluru market knowledge and full mobility for daily field work (own vehicle).
- Excellent persuasion and follow-up skills; persistent and self-driven.
- Professional presence, integrity and discretion.
