Radhe Steel is looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new business for Industrial Flanges (Non-IBR & IBR where applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business
• Handle vendor registration & empanelment with ONGC, HPCL / BPCL / IOCL, L&T, GNFC, EPC & PSU contractors
• Develop relationships with purchase, project & vendor development teams
• Track tenders, RFQs, and price inquiries
• Convert leads into long-term customers
• Coordinate with production & dispatch for order execution
Requirements:
• 2–8 years in Industrial B2B Sales / Business Development
• Background in Flanges, Valves, Pipe Fittings, Steel, or Industrial Equipment
• Experience in vendor registrations & tender processes
• Strong network with purchase managers, project heads, and EPC contractors
• Good understanding of industrial pricing & negotiation
• Willing to travel
