Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join the R Cube Events team. This on-site role, located in Indore, involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to grow the business. Responsibilities include market research, client prospecting, creating proposals, attending client meetings, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Marketing and Strategy skills, such as market research, proposal creation, and developing growth strategies
- Communication and Presentation skills, including the ability to convey ideas and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams
- Teamwork and Organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments for event planning and execution
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technology used in business development and client management
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or event management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic client needs with a proactive approach
