Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager position based in India. As a hybrid role, it allows flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand the company's global presence. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Strategic Planning and Organizational skills to develop growth strategies and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the manufacturing or poultry farming industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to achieving business objectives
