## Role Overview
This is a high-impact, target-driven leadership role focused on scaling student acquisition. As the Key Account Manager, you will function as an "Enrollment Architect," merging aggressive institutional networking with consultative sales. Your mission is to build a massive pipeline of candidates and convert them into certified HR professionals through both individual sales and large-scale institutional partnerships.
## Key Responsibilities
* High-Volume Enrollment: Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle to meet ambitious monthly enrollment targets.
* Strategic Institutional Scaling: Identify, pitch, and onboard "Key Accounts"—including Raipur-based colleges, universities, and corporate HR departments—to secure bulk enrollment MoUs and campus-wide program adoptions.
* Consultative Sales & Counseling: Lead high-energy seminars, group presentations, and one-on-one counseling sessions to articulate the career ROI of HR certifications.
* Lead Pipeline Management: Manage large lead databases with high intensity using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). Ensure meticulous follow-up and zero lead leakage.
* On-Ground Outreach: Represent the brand at local educational fairs, campus drives, and corporate HR meets to generate immediate interest and on-spot enrollments.
## Targets & Compensation Structure
We are looking for a "Hunter" motivated by performance-linked rewards and uncapped earning potential.
* Primary Enrollment Target: 50+ individual enrollments per month (or equivalent institutional batch deals).
* Base Salary: Competitive monthly fixed salary based on experience and existing network.
* Institutional Bonus: Significant lump-sum bonuses for every successful MoU signed for institutional/corporate batch training.
## Required Skills & Experience
* Experience: 5+ years in high-stakes sales, preferably within EdTech, University Admissions, or Professional Training sectors.
* Sales Mastery: A proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue and volume targets.
* HR Domain Awareness: Ability to speak authoritatively on HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance) to build credibility with students and TPOs.
* Relationship Powerhouse: Existing strong network with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college deans in the Raipur/Bhilai region is a significant advantage.
* Communication: Exceptional public speaking and persuasive negotiation skills.
## Success Metrics (KPIs)
* Monthly Enrollment Volume: Achievement against the 50+ target.
* Lead-to-Paid Conversion Rate: Efficiency of the sales funnel.
* Institutional Pipeline: Number of new MoUs and active campus partnerships.
* Average Revenue Per Lead: Maximizing the financial value of the lead funnel.
