Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role requires creating proposals, closing deals, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and refine strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle management
- Understanding of market trends and analyzing competitors' strategies
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in technology or SaaS domains is highly desirable
