Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored software solutions, represent the company at industry events, and stay updated on market trends to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation and account management
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
- Ability to create and execute business growth strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and experience in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or sales management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a dynamic environment
