Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and tailor effective supply chain solutions for prospective clients. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, representing Prozo at industry events, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring proactive engagement with clients and occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and B2B Sales
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, or E-commerce industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience working in supply chain, logistics, or a related domain will be huge added advantage
