Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Manage Team: Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet targets, provide ongoing training and support.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Funnel Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and help close deals.
• P&L Management: Monitor the department’s P&L, ensure budget adherence, and track profitability.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and address any concerns.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and the market.
• Experience managing a team and sales targets.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
