About Promotion Bazaar India's performance marketing company - where businesses come to find their next customers. We work across performance lead generation, affiliate marketing, and offline advertising, delivering results on a pay-per-outcome model.
The Role We're looking for a sales professional who has lived and breathed at least one of our three core verticals — and can hit the ground running without hand-holding.
What You'll Own
- Build and manage new client pipeline across CPL, affiliate, and offline marketing services
- Identify, pitch, and close new business independently
- Manage relationships from first conversation to signed contract
- Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Build a pipeline of 15–20 active prospects at any given time
You Must Have at Least One of These
- Affiliate Marketing - experience working with international affiliate networks, managing national and international advertiser or publisher relationships, CPI/CPL/CPS models
- Performance Marketing - experience of selling Solid Pay per results (CPL, CPQL ) or whatever outcome we are selling as service while closing the win win deal
- Offline Advertising — BTL, events, OOH, merchandising, or on-ground activation sales
Must Have
- 2–5 years in B2B sales — not campaign execution, actual selling
- Has closed deals independently, not just supported a senior
- Comfortable with commission-based income structure
- Based in Delhi / NCR
- Package ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 fixed + up 10% commission on revenue closed No ceiling on upside. Recurring commission as long as your client stays
