JOB DESCRIPTION
- The candidate will lead initiatives to onboard Brands/Distributors/Dealers to build new business for the company.
- The candidate should have a keen interest in Tele sales and have strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Telugu, Tamil or Kannada language is a must.
- Inter department liaising required with various functions of Progcap viz Credit team, post sanction team, disbursal team, tech team etc. to ensure efficiency and faster TAT in disbursal
- The candidate should be able to understand the client’s profile and industry and accordingly recommend the best product fit.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILL
- Strong pitching, listening, relationship building and networking skill
- The candidate should be proactive in approach and driven to achieve the assigned sales target QUALIFICA
- TION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree/master’s degree
- Fresher/ 2-5 years' prior business development or tele sales experience
