Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies for market growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align on client requirements, and achieving revenue targets. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, driving growth for the organization and its healthcare solutions portfolio.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the healthcare sector
- Basic knowledge of the medical / healthcare sector
- Build and manage client relationships across industries
- Identify and drive new business opportunities
- Represent ProDocs in meetings, conferences & live projects
- Strong communication skills & willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiation
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Management, and Networking
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Results-driven mindset with experience working towards sales quotas and revenue targets
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
