Role Description
This is a remote role based in Thane for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing a pipeline of prospects. The Business Development Manager will work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive overall business success.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation expertise
- Knowledge of strategic planning, proposal development, and contract management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in digital media or the entertainment industry is a plus
