Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and crafting strategic plans to achieve sales goals. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients, analyze market trends, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Sales Strategy formulation
- Proven experience in building and managing client relationships and partnerships
- Familiarity with IT industry segments such as ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Middleware
- Ability to analyze complex market trends and implement data-driven strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and meeting revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the IT services industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM software
