Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager responsible for generating new interior project opportunities and expanding the client base for PrimeArt Architects & Interiors.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and convert potential clients into projects, including residential homeowners, real estate developers, corporate offices, and commercial establishments.
Key responsibilities include building strong industry relationships, developing strategic partnerships with architects, builders, and channel partners, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to successfully close projects.
The role requires active networking, client meetings, site visits, and pitching PrimeArt’s turnkey interior solutions to prospective clients across Pune.
Success in this role will be measured by new project acquisition, revenue generation, and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research
• Build partnerships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and developers
Client Acquisition
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
• Present PrimeArt’s design and execution capabilities
• Prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and presentations
• Convert prospects into confirmed projects
Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and repeat clients
• Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales process
Market Expansion
• Identify emerging residential and commercial projects in Pune
• Attend industry networking events and exhibitions
• Track competitors and market trends
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with design and execution teams to align client expectations
• Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to generate and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate industry preferred
• Ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong network in real estate, architecture, or interior industry in Pune
- Comfortable with client meetings, site visits, and closing deals
