Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Vapi for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and meeting revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy, and contract negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients effectively
- Familiarity with transportation, logistics, and industrial goods sectors
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation industries is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is beneficial
