Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B IT Sales

Position SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly consultative Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our B2B IT sales division forward. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value commercial partnerships with enterprise and mid-market organizations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of standard IT solutions (such as Cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, or Custom Software Development) and excels at translating complex technical capabilities into strong, value-driven business proposals for C-suite decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Pipeline Velocity: Actively identify, profile, and qualify high-potential B2B corporate leads through strategic outbound campaigns, networking events, digital channels, and professional partnerships.
- Consultative Client Engagement: Lead initial discovery calls and deep-dive technical alignment meetings with prospective clients to meticulously diagnose their infrastructure pain points, workflows, and business objectives.
- Solution Structuring & Pitching: Collaborate closely with internal Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales Engineering teams to draft, structure, and deliver compelling, high-converting product presentations, demos, and RFPs/RFIs to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Heads of IT).
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Own the end-to-end commercial negotiation process, outlining Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, and multi-year licensing/subscription commitments while protecting targeted margins.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain immaculate pipeline tracking, deal logging, and precise monthly/quarterly forecasting dashboards using Salesforce / HubSpot CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Educational Baseline: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent background. An MBA is considered a distinct advantage.
- Proven IT Sales Record: Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience exceeding quotas within B2B technology sales, managed services, or premium SaaS environments.
- Technical Conversational Competence: Solid, high-level understanding of cloud native concepts (AWS/Azure), enterprise cybersecurity paradigms, modern DevOps, software development cycles, or network infrastructure.
- C-Suite Communication Skills: Flawless spoken and written communication. Absolute ease and polish presenting business arguments to executive steering committees and technical vetting panels.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with formalized B2B complex sales frameworks (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, MEDDPICC).
