Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities for Postboy’s creative and production services
- Identify and approach brands, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Pitch creative solutions, including ad films, branded content, social media campaigns, and design services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
- Lead conversations from first outreach to closure and onboarding
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to craft proposals and presentations
- Track leads, meetings, and closures through structured follow-ups
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For- 2–3 years of business development or client servicing experience in an advertising agency, production house, or media company
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and creative production workflows
- Proven track record of closing deals or onboarding clients
- Confidence in pitching and negotiating with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role
- Existing industry connections will be a strong advantage
