Job Summary:Drive growth in Agency/POSP channel through agent acquisition, relationship management & revenue generation (individual contributor role).
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit & onboard agents/POSPs
- Expand agency network in territory
- Achieve sales targets & revenue growth
- Activate & manage agent productivity
- Field visits & joint sales calls
- Build strong agent/partner relationships
- Support deal closures & conversions
- Execute campaigns & promotions
- Ensure compliance & maintain MIS
Key Skills:- Sales & business development
- Motor insurance & agency channel knowledge
- Target-driven & self-motivated
- Networking & relationship management
- Communication & negotiation skills
Qualifications:- Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Non-graduate with relevant experience
Experience:- 1–5 yrs in insurance sales
- Agency/POSP experience preferred
- Motor insurance knowledge is an advantage
Performance Metrics (KPIs):- Business targets (premium/revenue)
