Role Description
The Head of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves leading the strategic growth of the company through market research, identifying new business opportunities, and building partnerships. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business plans. The role will also involve tracking market trends, analyzing data, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and developing successful strategies for growth
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify market trends, and drive informed decisions
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Account Management, ensuring long-term client relationships and excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market demands
