Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. They will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies, analyze market trends, create proposals, and participate in negotiations. The role also involves traveling to meet clients and attending industry events to develop partnerships and expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development strategies, customer relationship management, and sales planning
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team collaboration and the ability to foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales is advantageous
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and business development purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
