Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage client accounts, and build strong business relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, managing sales pipelines, leading a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships.

- Proficiency in Account Management and fostering customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Advanced Analytical Skills for identifying market trends, creating strategies, and measuring performance
- Experience in Team Management to motivate, guide, and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Prior experience in B2B business development and sales is a significant advantage
