Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Chennai location. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, creating proposals, reaching out to potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Client Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy
- Experience with Communication and Relationship-Building
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry will be considered an advantage
