Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business DevelopmentManager to join our team full-time.This is a leadership-level role for a professional who can independently drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and scale PixcelAdgram's client base across industries. Unlike a commission-only closer role, this position offers a stable full-time structure with defined KPIs, team collaboration, and a clear growth path within the organization.
Qualifications
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for PixcelAdgram's digital marketing, branding, and web services
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company growth goals
- Conduct professional discovery calls, product pitches, and proposal presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to design client-specific service proposals
- Track, report, and optimize pipeline metrics and monthly revenue targets
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities
- Represent PixcelAdgram in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth project handovers to delivery teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities for U.S and Indian market
- Confident and professional demeanor in client-facing situations
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, branding, paid ads, web design)
- Self-motivated with a strategic and leadership mindset
- Ability to work with monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-through
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or SaaS company strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships
Working Hours
- Full-Time: Monday to Saturday
- ShiftTiming: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (or as per client/project requirements)
- Flexibility to engage with international clients when required
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- PerformanceBonus: Monthly/quarterly based on revenue targets
- Commission: Incentive on deals closed above targets
