Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating business proposals, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations and align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in client relationship management and business communication
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and business planning abilities to identify new opportunities
- Understanding of the interior design or construction industry is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in business development, sales or related roles is preferred
