Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, researching market trends, and creating strategic proposals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, achieve sales targets, and grow our market presence in industrial filter products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Strategy Development
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Industrial Products, preferably in B2B markets or filtration industry
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey proposals and strategies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant work experience in business development or sales will be considered an advantage
