Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales, strategic account management, and business growth initiatives for a leading workplace solutions organization. The role involves engaging with corporate clients, developing consultative sales strategies, and delivering workplace transformation solutions while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Manage enterprise and corporate client relationships across key accounts.
- Execute consultative sales strategies and engage with senior decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to identify workplace solution opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance and support business planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales and business development.
- Strong experience in strategic account management and consultative selling.
- Preferred background from office furniture, workplace solutions, interiors, commercial real estate, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to engage with corporate decision-makers and drive business discussions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of business operations, market development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
