Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive company
growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and
expanding market presence. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales execution, and
stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research,
networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and sales plans
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

- Revenue growth and target achievement
- Number of new clients acquired
- Conversion rate of leads to business
- Client retention and relationship strength
- Pipeline growth and deal closure rate
Preferred Experience
- Industry-specific experience (Aggregator Industry/Logistic Industry)
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales depending on business model
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
