Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with teams, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s success. The ideal candidate should have proven track record in sales, strategic planning and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
