Job Title : Business Development Executive/ Manager
Location : Hyderabad, Banglore
Working days : Monday - Saturday(alternate Saturday off)
Shift : Day shift_10am - 6:00pm
Work mode : Work from office
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth for our co-working spaces. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.)
- interested in co-working spaces.
- Must have team lead experience.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- In-person meetings to generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our
- co-working solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- (experience in commercial real estate or co-working spaces is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
