Role Description
partykiya's partnership and channel-led growth. Build relationships with strategic partner organizations, run our community and content engine, and drive a steady flow of high-intent customers. You'll work directly with the founders to define our go-to-market playbook.
What You'll Own
• Strategic partnerships — identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end
• Channel development — build recurring referral and distribution channels
• Community engagement — apartment, society, and group-level programs
• Social media & content — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, partner-side content
• Lead intake & routing — capture, qualify, and route every partnership lead within SLA
• Partner success — maintain post-signing relationships and grow deal flow
Qualifications
• 3–6 years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales — preferably at a consumer startup or platform
• Track record of closing partnership deals end-to-end
• Strong outbound communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on with social media and basic content
• Bengaluru fluency — you know the city's neighborhoods and how to navigate them
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
