The Role
We’re seeking a
Business Development Manager who can
drive new consulting partnerships and open doors to
CXOs, VPs, and Delivery Heads across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC.
You’ll identify opportunities in
IT consulting, digital transformation, and managed team engagements, pitch Papigen’s capabilities, and close long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Identify and engage new global clients seeking technology consulting and development support.
- 💼 Pitch Papigen’s offerings in software engineering, DevOps, data modernization, and cloud transformation.
- 🤝 Build strategic relationships with decision-makers across tech, HR, and procurement.
- 💬 Lead consultative sales conversations — understand client pain points and map them to Papigen’s services.
- 📊 Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and revenue forecasts in CRM.
- 🌎 Represent Papigen in global tech and HR conferences, virtual meetups, and LinkedIn communities.
- 🚀 Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure successful onboarding and project execution.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years in B2B business development or consulting sales, ideally in IT services / outsourcing / digital transformation.
- Proven success in acquiring international clients (US, UK, Europe, MENA).
- Strong understanding of project-based selling, staff augmentation, and technology outsourcing.
- Confident communicator — experienced in high-ticket deal closures with C-level executives.
- Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal management tools.
- Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with consulting firms or service providers.
- Existing network of decision-makers in tech, product, or digital transformation.
- Exposure to RFP/RFI responses and client onboarding for global projects.
