Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities involve developing sales strategies, negotiating agreements, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and tracking industry trends.
The individual will also lead efforts to achieve revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
