Position: Business Development Manager – Product (IT Accessories) – Retail Sales
Experience- 5+ years
Ctc- upto 8 lpa (depends on interview)
Working days- 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage retail partners, dealers, and key accounts within the territory.
- Drive secondary sales through effective retail engagement and relationship management.
- Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility across retail outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment. ∙ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and product launches.
- Conduct regular retail visits to review performance, provide training, and gather market feedback. ∙ Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in retail sales/business development within IT accessories, mobile accessories, or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding retail networks.
